I am a marketing specialist with 20 years of complex experience in competitive industries such as agribusiness, pharma, construction equipment, home appliances, B2B and B2C businesses, and NGOs.
I analyze, I make connections, I propose, I write, I write some more, I argue, I set things in motion, I implement, I make changes, I improve things, I find solutions, I am passionate about what I do.
I built marketing departments, developed and implemented strategies, I made marketing audits, marketing plans and budgets, built and trained teams; I made branding or rebranding, launched loyalty programs, implemented projects or policies which positively impacted the turnover of the companies.
I have over 19 years of experience in human resources, organizational transformation processes, training and education programs, performance management, management by objectives, internal communication, recruitment and selection. I coordinated and developed training programs for young farmers and for employees of the companies I worked for.

I am certified in business administration, human resources management and as a trainer.
